Right now it is just a patch for the Sansa e200v1 players and is a permanent change (no togglable menu option...Unless someone else wants to add it.).

Either people can explain how the other players they own function in regards to orientation and controls in mpegplayer for me to add to the patch or add it themselves. Either way works.
