This is part of a patch I made for the D2, but this part adds functionality which could potentially be used with any targets which have dedicated playback control buttons.

A minor nitpick, but for consistency the name should probably be HAVE_PLAYBACK_CONTROL_IN_LISTS.

I think this can go in SVN, hopefully it will provoke some discussion about how to utilise the new actions.
