Additional comments about closing:  Just as a note, I can't see any difference between the initial and the latest patch attached to this task. No idea what has been made "actual". Doesn't affect the validity of the patch though.

If it is also still needed to add someone else to compile voice for this language by RB Utility, please add it. I don't know where.
