Details

When a playlist ABCDEF is shuffled and then unshuffled while track D is playing the resulting playlist turns out to be DEFABC. This is not what would be expected (developers Torne and stripwax agreed on IRC). The desired behavior would be to go back to ABCDEF with track D playing.

I've got same result with r24302 so I don't think it's connected with  FS#10288 .
As I understand you are switching player between shuffled/unshuffled mode, not just shuffling playlist?
(I have no idea how to unshuffle playlist, can't find an option to do it)

That's correct. When I wrote unshuffle I meant changing the Shuffle setting from Yes to No.
