As far as I understood the comment of stangefeatures in the forums thread I've linked the application bundle is working fine on Leopard, so the binary is not the problem. If you have the build setup running I'd be interested in the output of "otool -L /Volumes/rbutilqt/rbutilqt.app/Contents/MacOS/rbutilqt" after a fresh build (given that the dmg is mounted to /Volumes/rbutilqt).

can you check if the dmg file I've put at http://www.alice-dsl.net/dominik.riebeling/rockbox/rbutil/rbutil-r24542.dmg works for you?
