This patch adds a few missing strings and non translation fixes for the Tagalog translation.

I'm going to add some more translations soon.

I've removed the untranslated phrases (where the translation is exactly the same as the english phrase). Having these in makes the translation look much more complete than it really is.

Can you tell if this patch is still relevant?
