Imho that behaviour is really annoying. When I first installed rockbox, I clicked through all the available themes and installed the ones with a nice preview one by one - the other way would have been to look at all of them, remember which ones I want and then use the ctrl+click method, which isn't all that nice, either.

PS: I've used git to checkout the repository, however at least patch -p1 worked with the patch.
