Details

This patch basically merges the F2 and F3 screens into
one large F2 screen. The options avaliable at F2 are as
follows:

Shuffle
Repeat
Show Files
Add to Favorites (call favorites.rock)
Scroll Bar
Status Bar

The F3 screen remains unchanged. This can be modified
for context sensitive menus etc. The files patched are:
-screens.c (modification of f2 screen)
-english.lang (new lang strings)
-icons.c and .h (2 new icons: "ON button" and
"Play/Pause combined").
