This patch changes a few things about the keyboard...
-New layout for quicker navigation / input.
-Buttonbar updates ("Shift, OK, Del" is now "Case,
Done, Bkspc"). Relatively simple, but minor changes can
improve things a whole lot. Applies to 11/21 CVS.
