FS#1906 - F3 is the playlist viewer in the WPS and the Browser

I would have liked to categorize this under "interface",
but there was no option for that. This patch makes F3
the playlist viewer in both the WPS and the File Browser
screens. The playlist viewer is that much more
important for me to be able to get at quickly.
