FS#2724 - Enable/disable short buffering for first track played
New option “Limit buffer” in playback settings to
enable/disable short buffer when playing first track after
stop/skip operation. If “yes”, then only a few Mb defined
in each codecs properties will be read first and only after
full buffer will be used (default RB behaviour). If “No” then
full buffer is always used (original iRiver behaviour).

v2 - setting is moved out of Playback settings into Disk
settings…
P.S. Follow playlist settings was set to “true” by default as
well (not worth creating another patch for just that :) )
