UPDATED: Better handling for users without TagDatabase
rating system. Replaces 'Count' tag with 'playlist current
position / total' ie. [%pp/%pe]. Also better .bmp for 0
rating (looks cleaner).

Small alignment fix in rwps, moved hold images right so they
don't overwrite volume when its at 100.
