DetailsPatches to modify the numerals of fonts to make them

Reason for closing: Fixed
Additional comments about closing: Fixed Jackash in SVN. Snap was fixed by pixelma in r14280, and the other two fonts are removed from SVN.

This seems like a solid idea. As far as I know, this is standard practice in many proportional fonts. Although this specific task is way outdated.
