FS#4724 - iPod going into USB mode when using the wall charger.
On the iPod 5g Video 60gig, when plugging in the wall charger the device goes into USB mode, so you cannot use Rockbox when the charger.

I don't have a wall charger, but either way holding menu down while plugging the iPod in should solve that…
Yes, I've found that as well. As the previous comment said, a workaround is to hold MENU as you insert the charger - but that's just a workaround.
More work needs to be done to correctly detect 1) USB connection; 2) Firewire connection (where applicable); and 3) Charger connection.
This happens also on iPod mini 2G.
NOTE: This applies to all 4th Gen and later (mini 1st & 2nd Gen, Color/Photo, Nano and Video) ipods - they have identical USB detection in Rockbox which fails to distinguish between a USB connection to a computer and USB connection to a wall charger.
