This patch adds remote screendump facility for targets with LCD remotes. It will create rdump_*.bmp files as well as dump_*.bmp files. It's pretty much a cut&paste job and duplicates a lot of functionality, so I can understand if this approach is not wanted.

Anyway, it may be useful as a stop-gap measure for manual writers and such, so here it is.

Tested on H120 target, Archos Player still compiles, as does Recorder.
