Details

The characters "1/4","1/2" and "3/4" are not to distinguish from spaces in the virtual keyboard.
The characters are on the left side of the "ΓΌ" (bottom-left).

I just tried it with unifont and it works just fine. Maybe you didn't save it as UTF-8 or used a font that didn't have the right glyphs. I attached the keyboard file I used.

I meant the default keyboardlayout with the default font (see attached screendump).
