This patch duplicates scrolling settings for the remote.
Under the Scrolling options a new Submenu is created (Remote Scrolling Options) with 3 settings. (the same as main unit)
1. Scroll speed
2. Scroll step
3. Scroll delay

This is handy due to the bad LCD module used in iriver H100 main unit and remote, or H300 in conjuction with H100 lcd-remote.
On H100 setting the scrolling speed too high will cause blurry scrolling that it is unreadable. (same with H100 remote)

On the contrary this problem is solved on the H300 Main LCD but the remote still has readability problems on high scroll speed.
That's why saperate scrolling settings are needed.
