Details

When SHUFFLE ALL (it isn't really ALL, because it is only among the songs in the current directory!) is selected, if I try to play a specific song it plays a song randomly!
If I select a song in a directory different from the current one, a song is randomly played among the songs in the directory in which the selected song is.

have you enabled the "play selected first" option?

There is NO shuffle all! Read the manual!
