as has been discussed in the forums [1] there exists a settings menu for the playlists which isn't documented in the manual, accessible only from the playlist itself (view playlist and press A-B on h100 series). Also, the manual should have a better description of playlists, as they are essential.

"a better description of playlists" doesn't explain what you feel is lacking from the description of them.

The post you've linked seems to pretty much discuss that menu, what further do you feel needs discussed of playlists?

Paul, as I'm writing on the manual myself I made this task pretty short as it has already been discussed on IRC some time ago and I mostly don't wanted to loose track of it. (Again, I need more time ...)

Currently, we have descriptions about the playlist options and how to insert files into a playlist but that is scattered all over the manual. What isn't documented is stuff like
- how does a playlist actually work? This could be interesting for people that are used to iriver's directory mode
- how do I modify the playlist?
- and, as discussed in the forum thread, the options for playlist display (I also found that settings only by accident)
I think it would be good to have a section explaining playlists (and the way they are used and handled by rockbox) further. See also the ManualTodo page in the wiki, Febs also wanted to have a new section on this.

That's fine then. I just like to ask people to clarify, if I'd been paying a *little* more attention I'd have noticed you wrote this task. :)

I added a mention of this "secret" menu to the wps context menu section. I think it's quite self-explanatory and doesn't need more explanation. But as always if you feel different, please feel free to add more info.
