DetailsSection 7.6 of the manual for the Ipod Nano, and probably other versions of the manual, contain a section for ROLO. This should be OPTed out of platforms where this functionality doesn't exist.

Additional comments about closing: Rolo now works on ipod. Also, made the \"using rolo\" section a subsection of \"firmware loading\" (as it actually _is_ firmware loading) removing the empty section on all targets.

Rolo should be available on all platforms except ipods. Also, I noticed a "Firmware loading" section that applies only to archos devices but gets created on all. Seems like it should be merged with the rolo section.
