FS#5848 - Battery recharge does not work within rockbox
Plugging the iPod to the charger (pressing MENU to avoid entering disk mode) ends in the battery not being recharged, although in the navigation menu you can see the small battery icon being filled.

A) Remember to test with a new build before reporting a bug. You say your version is 11 days older than your bug report.
B) This is not something that can be fixed at this time. It’s fairly highly discussed in the forums. We don’t know how to make the iPod draw more power from USB right now, so it most cases simply running the iPod requires more power than it’s getting from the cable in Rockbox (the cable is delivering approximately 1/5 of what it can get in the Apple firwmare, if I understand).
I dont own an iPod since it was stolen a month ago, so i cannot test anymore the feature/bug.
Feel free to close it, if you think is not relevant.
