Rockbox

This patch simply removes the question about which simulator version to build since the X11 and W32 simulators no longer exist. In fact, the question is just answered automatically instead of querying the user. I've left the code around, mostly because it was easiest, but also in case something like it is needed again (asking about different simulator versions or features). I suppose some other simulator-version checks in the configure script can be removed as well. I have not done this yet, but may do it later at some point.

I figure the build-scripts need to be changed if this is done, so I'll leave it to Bagder if this should be comitted.
