Solitaire:
scrollwheel support for choosing rows
select button for selecting cards
shortcuts for dropping cards on stacks are now simply right and left buttons
changed button descriptions for help section accordingly

Star: right now levels are changed by rotating the scrollwhell, which makes playing tedious, since it's hard to avoid touching the wheel while playing. Patch remaps level change to select+right and select+left and since it was conflicting, reload level is now select+down

Pacbox: currently displays rotated, and the buttons are set up for a normal version. Also one can't get into menu right now, as it is mapped to select+repeat, which is a nonexistant combination on e200. additional changes to simplify things:
2UP to rec
coin to select+down
menu to power

Medium severity, because all those games are unplayable as it is, still - they're games, so it's not a priority.

While the pacbox patch remains the same, I have made slight improvements to both star and solitaire.

Star: select button now toggles the control from ball to box and vice versa and acts properly in the game menu (previously rec was used for confirming things in the menu)

Solitaire: everything remains as in the previous patch, except for the shotcuts:
* dropping a card under cursor to one of four stacks is now 2 x select
* putting a card on top of the remains stack to the current cursor position is now left
* transferring a card from remains stack to one of four stacks is still right
