As requested by Llorean as part of a wider UI improvement project, I've had a go at reworking the tagnavi interface. Not hugely, but adding some new tags that have been incorporated in the Database recently and adding a bit more functionality.

Please try it and comment here, as I'd really like to know what you think and would like to get it right.

I'm also hoping I've done the patch thing correctly. It's my very first time trying to do a diff...

EDIT 2007-03-27: This diff is now out of date. I've attached tagnavi.config files instead.

tagnavi.config also attached for those that don't want to patch. Just copy into your /.rockbox folder, remembering to keep a copy of the original ;)

Here is my updated version with two little changes for "Recently added" and "History" menu. Please provide your full real name so I could commit this.

And for my info, what is the 'commitid' tag? It's name suggest similar functionality to the 'entryage' one...

Thanks, committed now. Entryage is a relative "virtual" value increasing after every db commit while commitid is the absolute real value. When DB is first time initialized, all entries have commitid 0, so with commitid > 0 we can avoid displaying those entries.

I've re-opened this to add a very slightly revised version, in order to put back the 'rating' tag entries that were lost because the rating tag was (re)introduced while I was wworking on the tagnavi file and I missed the significance of the change. Thanks to roolku for pointing this out to me.

I'd be grateful if you could re-commit this.
