Details

I was running batery_bench to help you guys so i left my sansa on and playing. Half hour later i touch my scroll wheel to enable the lcd and it was dark indigo but i cud still barely make out what was on the screen but the music was still playing so i decided to leave it. 15 minutes later i check it angain and now it completely black. Everything works fine, the music is still playin and i can change the track but the lcd isn't displaying. I hav recreated this situation 3 times.

happens here too, the rockbox version of 18March, didn't do that... now it turns off LCD all time, it sucks a lot...

Read  bug 6900 , it has a link to the fix, it's only one bug down so it shouldn't be that hard to find.
