Details

This is a minor improvement in controls allowing for more precise block rotation.

The patch assigns rotate_left to the up button (instead of scroll_down). This eliminates the problem of turning the scrollwheel too much (at least when turning blocks in one direction) and is more true to the popular "brick game" (like http://www.softwarexpress.co.uk/images/14628f.jpg) controls.

Additional comments about closing:  The current controls with rotating using the scroll wheel work well, especially now that the scroll wheel is more responsive.
