Details

Some component makes a really loud noise through the headphones when the Gigabeat is turned on or off. (I've confirmed that this doesn't happen with the OF.)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Plug headphones into headphone jack.
2. Turn on the Gigabeat.
3. Prepare for a loud noise when the bootsplash screen appears.

I get no noise at all, nothing on startup of shutdown.
