Details

On the H300 simulator MPEGPlayer, if skip frames is disabled, the video runs very fast (i.e. flat out) although audio plays back correctly.

Enabling skip frames runs both in sync but very slowly.

I was playing "elephantsdream-q6-224x176-469kbps.mpg", FWIW.

Something just doesn't seem quite right with the sim as it is but as soon as I saw this task I said "Doh" and immediately knew why...it's not good to jump past the render wait if regulation is still on...hpmph.
