I've downloaded iPod patcher and installed it then installed build r14157-070803 On starting my iPod I went straight to Settings->General Settings->Playback->Pause on Headphone Unplug->Pause on Headphone Unplug set it to Pause and Resume. I have not run the iPodpatcher software again, if this is required please let me know
I followed the same procedure
delete the .rockbox folder copy new one onto device
Settings->General Settings->Playback->Pause on Headphone Unplug->Pause on Headphone Unplug set it to Pause and Resume.
Play an OGG file
Unplug headphones and the track time on the iPod continued increasing.
Hold Menu and Select until player reboots try again, same
