Details

Small changes: corrected some button tables, made the rec. freq. section say sansa only has 22.05kHz, added two missing screen shots:
manual/main_menu/images/ss-recording-settings-176x220x16.png
manual/plugins/images/ss-brickmania-176x220x16.png

Also for all targets (that have recording): made the refs to the recording settings section a real reference (instead of just 'see below').
