minor update.

if this goes in, we should amybe change the names of the items under the "settings" menu because they all are "blaa settings" when they could just be "blaa"... e.g "sound", "general" etc instead of "sound settings", "general settings"...

another update.

manage settings is now the last item in that settings menu (new order is sound, general, theme, rec, manage).
theme settings is:
browse themes
browse fonts
browse wps/rwps
show icons
clear backdrop
line selector type
colours:
- line selector primary
- line selector secondary
- line selector text colour
- background colour
- forground colour
- reset colours

edit: I'm thinking about putting the line selector settings into a submenu here to clean it up a bitand put that submenu between forground and reset colours
