This patch tries to fix the issue reported here: http://forums.rockbox.org/index.php?topic=13198.0 by moving the disabling of menu voicing before the splashes and directly after the iram init.

Somebody with the problem please test and report.

Hmm, I thought this had been fixed already in r14962. Certainly is for me on H340.

How does it turn talk_menus back on once the user exits the mpeg player?
And apparently there is a problem for .talk clips as well and file names and dir names.

Yes,  FS#7994  should have fixed it, and has for me, at least.
