Details

This patch removes all* contractions from the manual (e.g. "haven't" to "have not").

Hopefully I haven't missed too many.

*Because of the tone of the Wormlet plugin I've decided not to remove them from it. Anyone have an opinion on this?

Input/feedback from other manual writers would be nice. Do we want to make avoiding contractions one of the guidelines for the manual? If not, I don't see a point in commiting this.
