FS#8461 - JPEG viewer doesn't remember slideshow time

When i start a slideshow with my photos, i set the slideshow time to 2sec. After i exit the plugin, and then when I start it again, the slideshow time gets back to 5sec.

It does save tough the dithering option when set to diffusion.

Tested on r16090
