DetailsI haven't been able to get my iPod to turn on since yesterday. My computer doesn't recognize my iPod when I plug it in, and neither does iTunes. Before this problem, the iPod would appear in My Computer as "ROCKBOX (G:)" and in iTunes as "Rockbox".
I installed rockbox on my iPod a few weeks ago. I believe it was booting up when I plugged it into my computer yesterday. I realized there was a problem when, while my iPod was plugged in, the Apple logo was showing instead of the "do not disconnect" screen. I unplugged it and reset it, but it just shut off instead of resetting. The problem is my iPod, I'm sure. I'm able to plug other iPods into my computer with the same cable, the normal effect occurs, etc. If it's possible to completely reboot the iPod, or if there's something I can do to get it to work, that'd be great, thanks. |
