This is the beginning of a patch to make the romanian language speak. Not much done yet, but more will be done. (I'm crazy, after what I went through with norwegian and getting it to speak)

finally finished! Thanks to rasher's automated cleanup; all I had to do was import my earlier patch, then check the thing for errors. Let me know if there are many more errors.
