Added missing lines to the translation.
Not sure about "Accessory Power Supply" string, it means "Additional Power Supply" or "Power Supply is connected" ? I have not found this string in Settins menu.

Not quite right. What you are supposed to be trying to say is "the supply powering accessaries)

There are too many possible translations.. can somebody describe this phrase or tell me the list of values for this setting?

It tells you if you want to power accessories or not. I'm sorry I don't speak russian or I'd be able to help you more but I'm the chinese translator not the russian one.
