Also Ipods are affected to this bug.
Whith this patch i resolve the bug. It's revert changes introduced in R18860, but for me, isn't the best solution.
Fixed patch to apply properly.
that patch wont be reverted because it fixes a bug (which is probably worse than this one….) this one seems to be target specific so should be fixable….
For Jonathan, yes, is a target specific bug, at the moment only H10 and Ipods are affected.
I don't dabble in RB code much, but…
Are the h10 and ipods the only portal player targets? If so, would it possibly have anything to do with that? If not, maybe it would be worth testing other portal player targets to try and see if the bug is recreatible?
no, both those sansas are portalplayer also
Could it be a Wolfson-related bug?
The Sansas have AMS DACs, I think the iPods and H10s (among others?) have Wolfson DACs.
Andree (Buschel), just missed you by a hair on IRC. This sort of bug and its proposed solution aren't even relevant to the newer code.
