An update for the Portuguese lang file.

Most of the missing strings has been completed, although the more technical terms have been left out for later translation.

Reason for closing:  Accepted
Additional comments about closing:  Committed in revision 19412 after diffing the rejects with the original and finding some differences, then hand-modifying the diff. Still no idea how the diff ended up with the wrong original contents.

I'd like to commit this, but I'm getting rejects when applying the patch, even though the patch is very recent, and the file hasn't changed for months.

If anyone can shed light on this, it'd be nice.
