FS#12962: FM Radio Tuner for US - minor problem Kevan Tue, 18 Mar 2014 22:31:56 +0000 The Korea region setting has been helpful in getting around this but only to a certain extent, as it tunes to 87.70 and not 87.75. The only way I know of to listen to one of these stations without audio problems is to switch to Italy or Other, where I can fine-tune 87.75 FM.]]> FS#12972: The Compresser needs more flexability Kevan Mon, 14 Apr 2014 00:14:37 +0000 The compresser built into Rockbox needs a little more flexibility. I'd like to normalize the sound. By this, I mean raise up the quiet parts of music without it sounding too distorted and compressed. Can you guys allow the release time to be set longer than 1000 Ms? With the ratio all the way up and the threshold at a reasonable level, I believe I can normalize it with a longer release time (3000 or 5000). The current longest time just makes it sound way overcompressed if I'm not careful.]]> FS#12659: RBUtilqt: Lets devices be detected on Mac OS X Eric Le Lay Sun, 29 Apr 2012 08:36:22 +0000 Before these patches I was not able to use Rockbox Utility to install Rockbox on my Sansa Clip+.
It seems to be because the code uses an API not available on 10.6.
I'm attaching the patches in hope that it will lead to a proper solution (I've just overriden calls with the new calls, but this makes the utility incompatible with Mac OS X 10.4 ; there must be a way using conditional preprocessor sections).]]>

Qt is compiled without accessibility support on my machine, so I suspect this may be the cause of the problem. But if it is, how can I build RockBox-Utility without accessibility support too?
