FS#100 - Playlist
I figured that I should file this officially as a bug, so
that’s what I’m doing:
on the recorder 6 (and as someone else mentioned,
the recorder 20), whenever you run a playlist the
player crashes. For me, it usually plays one song and
then reboots. (The last build I tried was from the 10th)

Please provide details. How does the playlist file
look, what program created it etc.
the playlists are all made my music match jukebox, and they
start with “f:” followed by the folder and filename.
I investigated the problem a little more, and found that I can
listen to, what seems to be, an indefinitely many number of
songs as long as I don’t actually finish them, ie just skip
ahead to the next one on the playlist halfway through. But
when I do finish one, two things will happen to the next song.
Either a) it will start playing and then part of the way through
the player will crash and reboot, or b) it will not start. With
(b), nothing happens at all until you press ‘on’ to end the
song, and then when I change directories the player will
reboot. However once any of these problems has happened,
no playlist or song at all will start playing until I plug in the
USB, load a different firmware, boot up, and then reload the
rockbox again
