in the manual the screenshots for plugins-->applications-->calendar (11.4.3 for e200) is missing.

the manual there says
"WARNING! Image not found
Figure 11.42: Calendar"

i searched manual/plugins/images, there is only ss-calendar-112x64x1.png, nothing else for calendar.

Of course there is no image -- that text is produced exactly when the image file isn't available. There is some LaTeX trickery around that to achive this. You can grep for the warning in the LaTeX output, it's printed there too. You just need to provide the missing file and everything is fine (btw, there are other screenshots missing from the manual, so this is nothing new).
