Details

This is one of the changes made in  FS#10116 .

This patch syncs Rockbox's USB Chapter-9 header file with that of Linux (taken from 2.6.27-11-generic).
This is only a cosmetic patch. No functional changes. No values changes whatsoever.
The patch includes replacing tabs with spaces.
