In the "enable crossfade" section, 'If set to track skip only' should read 'If set to TRACK SKIP ONLY' (with the small caps).

Also there's a 'SHUFFLE AND TRACK SKIP' config item that I have on my screen that is not documented.

Suggestion from guessing: \setting{Shuffle and Track Skip} is a combination of these last two, tracks will only crossfade when the shuffle feature is set to \setting{Yes} and when you manually change tracks.
