Details

After saving a playlist, it's a good idea to start using it, so that, for example, bookmarking works. Similar behaviour is when overwriting same playlist file. My patch adds this feature to the situation when switching from new dynamic playlist to saved file.

I would consider this a bugfix (although someone could consider this "bug" as a feature).

Additional comments about closing:  no activity since two years, and using a playlist immediately after saving is debatable as well.
