I did not commit all changes, since I didn't think all of them are better than current state. I like to be able to touch bottom-left on the touch-screen to make the chopper fly, so I only added the Plus button.
Also added author to docs/CREDITS, and updated corresponding manual entry.
Please try to include an update to the manual in your patches in the future.
