Descriptions in the manual shouldobey the LatexGuidelines:
description items should end with a ., not :, and the space afterward should be outside of the []. See http://www.rockbox.org/wiki/LatexGuidelines#Descriptions

This patch fixes all invalid descriptions in manual/configure_rockbox
