The clock does not refresh until a button is pressed, even with the simplest of wps code:

Clip+. Im trying it on the latest sim build, r27713, and its still not refreshing. The time refreshes with the default status bar. It's when you use wps code to display the time the problem exists.

Create a wps file and include the following and you will see whats going on:
%cl:%cM:%c

I have also seen this on e200 target and simulator. This started with r27613, r27612 updates properly. Tested using modded widecabbie theme available in FS11470
