FS#11934 - Missing voiced unit "minutes" in Running Time

Hello.

I found that in menu System / Running Time is missing voiced unit "minutes".
Rockbox wrong saying "15 hour 45". Would be correctly "15 hour 45 minutes".
I mean that it is same situation as in ~~FS#11932~~ which was corrected in r29297

Reported Version is daily build not Release 3.7.1
