Details

The attached patch makes docs/CONTRIBUTING refer to Git instead of Subversion. If you'd prefer it suggest using 'git format-patch' instead of 'git diff', I'll be happy to prepare an updated patch.

We probably want it to suggest uploading a code review to Gerrit, but this functionality is not currently enabled. I will be doing it soon. :)
